Supporting the Families of Our Young Carers

We are very lucky to have a Charlotte, a dedicated Family link worker, whose remit is to support the wider family through signposting, representation, advocacy and being a sounding board to share the issues effecting the family.

Charlotte in 2024 charlotte has begun offering parent support groups allowing our parents to come and take part in a range of activities, share a coffee and a chat and share relevant information that may be of benefit to those attending.
